Shin Tekken Chinmi
In the previous "Kung-Fu Boy" series, Chinmi mastered Kempo at Dairin temple and trained disciples there. When Kyorinji, a sister temple of the same sect, goes silent, Chinmi is sent to the Kanan Autonomous region to find out what happened. He attempts to enter Kanan alongside Pushin, a skilled swordmaster he met on the way. But they're ambushed at the border and chased by the Border Police all the way to a waterfall. A fisherman rescues them and helps them slip into the region. Once inside, Chinmi discovers that the people of Kanan live under brutal government oppression. He quickly bonds with the locals and decides to use his Kempo skills to liberate them. This puts him in direct conflict with Sorabi Boru, a Border Police lieutenant, and Jirai, the tyrannical king of Kanan himself.
