Synopsis

Lucy Lucy is a Diclonius—a rare human variant born with small horns and invisible telekinetic limbs. Held captive and tortured by the government for experimentation, she finally breaks free. But the abuse has left her fractured, and her escape is marked by brutal violence. A severe head injury during her breakout fractures her mind further. She develops an alternate personality—childlike, innocent, barely able to speak. Dazed and vulnerable in this state, she's found by two college students, Kouta and his cousin Yuka, who have no idea they're harboring a dangerous fugitive.
