Takahashi flunked his university entrance exam for the second time and got booted out by his parents. With nowhere to go, his yakuza uncle sets him up in an apartment inside an Akihabara radio tower. That's where he meets a manga artist girl living on the top floor who claims to be a "hero from another world"—though she's probably just delusional.
