Yokohama's Suribachi district is basically lawless—a chaotic place that draws all kinds of people. To keep themselves safe, a group of teenagers formed a self-defense organization called Sheep, led by 15-year-old Chuuya Nakahara, their "King." With his ability to control gravity, Chuuya's pretty much untouchable. Things get complicated when word spreads that the Port Mafia's dead leader has been spotted alive. Mori, who took over after him, sends his protege Osamu Dazai to investigate. Dazai eventually crosses paths with Chuuya, and they fight. Just as Chuuya's about to win, the Port Mafia swoops in and captures him. Mori then makes Chuuya an offer: help figure out what's really going on with the supposedly resurrected leader, and Sheep stays safe. With no real choice, Chuuya agrees. Stuck working alongside Dazai—someone he clearly can't stand—the two have to put aside their differences if they want to save Yokohama. But then Arahabaki, the "God of Calamity," shows up and threatens to wreck everything.
