Synopsis

Shion Yoshino's entire reason for going to high school is simple: find a boyfriend. He bounces between athletic clubs at Midorigaoka High School, relying on his natural talent to scout cute guys, but keeps quitting when nobody catches his eye. His old friends keep pestering him about it, so he figures the Film Club might have better prospects. Rei Inaba, the club's vice president, immediately shoots down Shion's transparent motivation, telling him it's a waste of time. Shion ignores the warning and sticks around anyway—though he doesn't actually care about making films. When the other club members ignore him, he gets frustrated until Inaba pulls him aside and makes a wild offer: he'll be Shion's boyfriend. Shion's thrilled and says yes on the spot. But everyone who knows Inaba warns Shion to bail before things get serious—apparently Inaba's got some serious personality issues. Still convinced he's finally caught a break, Shion decides he's the one who'll fix Inaba and make him a better person, no matter how unlikely that sounds.
