Synopsis

Otonokizaka High School sits at the intersection of three very different neighborhoods: Akihabara, the constantly-evolving otaku paradise; Kanda, a traditional, history-focused area; and Jinbo, a quiet residential zone. It's an odd mix of cultures—and unfortunately, the school is dying. Enrollment keeps dropping, and closure is just three years away. So nine girls decide to do the obvious thing: start a pop idol group. Their reasoning is straightforward—if they can blow up as idols and get national attention, they can use that spotlight to promote the school and attract new students. It's a long shot, but it's the only card they've got. They're definitely nervous about whether this will actually work. The odds aren't great. But they're committed, and there's no turning back now. As they put it themselves: "All we can ask for is a little bit of your support. We really believe that together, we can change things. We're going to make our dreams come true."
