Synopsis

A hundred years of brutal warfare between star systems has consumed nearly two hundred worlds. Finally, an uneasy peace settles over the Astragius Galaxy. Chirico Cuvie is a skilled powered-armor pilot in the special forces—until he's suddenly reassigned to a unit carrying out a black ops mission: stealing classified intel from their own military. Before he knows what's happening, he's become a fugitive hunted by his own army. Left for dead in space by the conspirators who set him up, Chirico survives against impossible odds. Now he's got enemies on both sides—the rogue officers desperate to silence him and military intelligence determined to capture him. His only lead is a mysterious and beautiful woman he glimpsed during the mission. She's somehow connected to whatever scheme these conspirators are protecting, and finding her might be the key to exposing them. But they'll kill anyone who gets in their way.
