Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.1 - Tsumi to Bachi
A car crashes through the Public Safety Bureau's front door, driven by a panicked woman whose Crime Coefficient is dangerously high. She's begging for help but can barely get the words out, leaving the inspectors scrambling to figure out what's actually going on. They do manage to identify her though—Izumi Yasaka, a psychologist working at the Isolation Facility for Latent Criminals up in Aomori Prefecture, a place everyone calls the "Sanctuary." Inspector Mika Shimotsuki gets assigned to take Yasaka back to the facility along with Enforcers Nobuchika Ginoza and Yayoi Kunizuka. They're supposed to do a security check while they're there, but things get weird fast. The staff keeps getting in their way, Kunizuka ends up detained, and it becomes pretty obvious that the Sanctuary is anything but the peaceful rehabilitation center it's supposed to be.
