Synopsis

Tomomi Nomiya was his high school's basketball team captain until he dropped out, wracked with guilt after a traffic accident he caused that seriously injured a young girl. While spending his time helping her recover, he meets Kiyoharu Togawa, a former sprinter who lost the use of his right leg and now competes in wheelchair basketball. When Kiyoharu crushes him in a one-on-one match, Tomomi realizes he can't just walk away from basketball—he decides to pursue becoming a pro player while helping others along the way. Things get heavier when Hisanobu Takahashi, the guy who replaced Tomomi as team captain, gets into an accident and ends up paralyzed from the waist down. What unfolds is the story of these three young men learning to live with their disabilities, working through their personal demons, and chasing their dreams as they find their way to each other.
