Identical twins Lumi and Luka Kobayakawa are both on the school track team and both crushing on the same upperclassman, Katsuyuki Tohma. When he picks Luka instead, Lumi feels betrayed—even though Luka never wanted to hurt her. On the way to a graduation party for the team's seniors, the twins and their teammates take shelter in a cave that turns out to be a mass grave. A strange smell emanates from it, killing everyone except Lumi and Luka. After the tragedy, Lumi changes completely as a person. Then one day, she literally crawls up through the floor of Luka's room.
