Synopsis

Arata Miyako just started working at the Shinjuku Ward Office in a pretty unusual department: "Nighttime Regional Relations." Turns out every ward in Tokyo has one of these, and they're specifically set up to handle paranormal and occult problems. The weird part? Arata can understand what non-humans are saying—something nobody else can do. Things get stranger when he meets a youkai in Shinjuku Gyoen park, and it addresses him as Abe no Seimei, after the famous historical occultist and diviner.
