These nations are ruled by prophets known as "Mosa" and military forces called "Mob," and naturally, they're all competing to expand their territory. Four girls from the Saitama Mob—Nozomi, Yukina, Ai, and Chiaya—get sent out on motorcycles across the country by their Mosa to settle disputes and mediate conflicts as they break out between the various nations and clans.
