Synopsis

A burned-out Japanese pharmacologist dies from overwork and gets a second chance at life—reincarnated as a ten-year-old apprentice to the royal court pharmacist in a medieval parallel Europe. He's been blessed with supernatural abilities: he can see through diseases, understand material composition, and break down substances at will. In this world, medicine is a mess. Quack doctors run rampant, the pharmacists' guild has a stranglehold on the market, and regular people can't access actual medicine. That changes when the Emperor takes notice of the boy's talent and grants him permission to open his own pharmacy in town.
