Synopsis

Yorito's just your average high school student who's really into sky photography. Then he meets Matsuri—except she's anything but average. Turns out she's a 350-year-old Yaka, an immortal creature who can't survive in sunlight. Because of that curse, she's spent centuries alone, and Yorito is literally the first friend she's ever had. But the Yaka are more complicated than they seem, and a sword-wielding guy named Takeshi has it out for Matsuri. The question is: why? As Yorito gets pulled into this supernatural conflict, he's got to figure out if he's got what it takes to stand up for their friendship and protect her.
