Wakatake and Kagetora were close as kids, but haven't seen each other in over a decade. When they reconnect, things are pretty different. Wakatake's grown into a serious, studious guy—he's got his future mapped out taking over his parents' medical clinic. Kagetora, on the other hand, is basically the opposite.
