Synopsis

First Story Diver Tadashi and his girlfriend Kaori head to Okinawa hoping to salvage their rocky relationship, but things go downhill fast. A bizarre four-legged fish attacks them in their cabin. They kill it, but it leaves behind an overwhelming stench—the smell of death itself. That's just the beginning. More creatures start pouring out of the ocean, attacking everything in sight. Tadashi and Kaori bolt back to Tokyo thinking they'll be safe, but the death smell follows them. No matter where they run, there's nowhere left to hide. Second Story An earthquake near Amigara mountain creates a massive fault line that attracts curious onlookers. But what they find is deeply unsettling: thousands of human-shaped holes carved into the rock face, each one seemingly stretching miles into the mountain. A man named Oowaki watches in horror as people start feeling an irresistible pull to enter these holes—as if each one was made specifically for them. Third Story A family celebrates moving into their new house, but the party stops cold when they hear their father screaming. They find him in the crawl space beneath the house, where something inexplicable and terrible has happened to him.
