Tsubasa Shiki just moved from Tokyo to rural Hokkaido in the middle of winter—not exactly an ideal time to relocate. Bundled up in layers, he's still freezing his butt off as he wanders around trying to get his bearings. Then he stumbles across Minami Fuyuki, a strikingly attractive local girl who's somehow unbothered by the brutal cold despite wearing basically nothing. She's immediately fascinated by him and wants to hear everything about city life.
