Shinichi comes from peak otaku stock—his dad writes light novels and his mom illustrates adult games. While he's got no combat skills or magical powers, he's basically a walking encyclopedia of geek culture with an almost supernatural instinct for what makes something "moe." When he suddenly gets transported to a fantasy world full of elves and dragons, he's handed a weird job: spread Japanese otaku culture as a "moe missionary."
