Ore no Class ni Haruhi wa Inai
Ore no Class ni Haruhi wa Inai follows Yuu, a guy who knows Haruhi's famous declaration: "I'm not interested in ordinary people. But, if any of you are aliens, time-travelers, or espers, please come see me." He hates it. His take? "What about all the regular people then?" Basically, he's over the whole Haruhi thing—the weird supernatural drama, the romantic chaos, the over-the-top characters. For him, just having a genuine one-on-one conversation with someone new is plenty special. His friend Shirakawa doesn't get it. She's convinced there's a real Haruhi in their class and starts calling a girl who skips school "Haruhi" simply because she happens to sit in the same desk as the character from the show. Meanwhile, Yuu ends up getting pulled into the orbit of his childhood friend and some other people who are serious about making it in the anime industry.
