That's where Kakerou comes in, a massive organization designed to keep games honest and enforce the rules. Baku Madarame, known as "Usogui," is a prodigy gambler who plays for stakes way beyond money. He'll literally bet his life in high-stakes psychological games against ruthless opponents. Cold, calculating, and brilliant, he takes on the deceptive gamblers around him with one goal in mind: to eventually control Kakerou itself. The series also includes several one-shots: Igyou Tobakusha Usokui (volumes 12–15) and Yakou-san (volume 25).
