Deep in Hell, there's a demon called Debby the Corsifa who's basically unbeatable in a fight. Problem is, she's so good that nobody in Hell can actually challenge her anymore, so she's dying of boredom. Her solution? Head to Earth and wipe out humanity for kicks. But when she gets there, she runs into a human named Rokurou Sugo who happens to be just as bored and is literally wishing out loud that someone would play games with him. Perfect timing. Debby immediately challenges him to a fight he'd obviously lose, but Rokurou panics and desperately suggests Old Maid instead—you know, as a less lethal way to pass the time. Turns out, despite being an absolute powerhouse in combat, Debby's actually kind of dumb when it comes to anything else. She keeps losing at the card game, but she's way too stubborn to give up. She'll just keep playing until she finally beats him.
