In a far-future world overrun by pollution-mutated creatures, humanity survives in mobile cities called Regios. Zuellni is one such city—basically a massive floating school. Layfon Alseif, a freshman, transfers there reluctantly and gets dragged into the 17th Martial Arts Studies Unit, a combat club run by third-year Nina Antalk. From there, things get complicated pretty fast. This is technically a reworked adaptation of the original novel, with Layfon as the protagonist pulling everything together.
