When aliens invade Earth with giant monsters in tow, Dr. Kishida does what any self-respecting mad scientist would: he builds a giant robot. And naturally, it's designed to be the ultimate feminine fighting machine. There's just one problem—his granddaughters want nothing to do with it. They've got more pressing concerns, like actually studying for college entrance exams instead of getting pulverized in combat. The aliens aren't having much better luck, though. Earth was supposed to be an easy target: peaceful, lush, defenseless. In theory, humanity should've caved already. Instead, the invasion's stalled out, the Accounting Department is freaking out over massive cost overruns, and some big shot from Galactic Headquarters showed up to personally check on things. Will they unleash "The Audit," or is there something even worse waiting in the wings? Everything comes down to two people: Aya Kishida, one of the doctor's granddaughters, who might have to kiss prep school goodbye to pilot the gorgeous robot ARIEL; and a mysterious alien named Saber Starblast, who could be the key to stopping the invasion entirely.
