Hitto Tamaga had a pretty normal life in Manaka City—he and his friend Mamoru ran a small service helping people find lost valuables, thanks to Hitto's natural talent for spotting things. That all changes on his eleventh birthday when his father gives him a B-Daman called Magnum Ifrit. Suddenly, dangerous people start hunting Hitto for his B-Daman. Things get worse fast when his father gets kidnapped by what Hitto's new friends think are assassins working for some evil organization. Now Hitto has to figure out how to rescue his dad, armed with Magnum Ifrit and help from his friends. In the process, he uncovers some major secrets about himself that have been buried for years.
