Saint Seiya Episode G
In ancient times, the Titan Cronos ruled alongside his wife Rhea. Paranoid that his children would overthrow him, Cronos swallowed five of their newborns whole—but Rhea managed to hide the sixth, Zeus. When Zeus grew up, he forced his father to regurgitate his siblings, and together they waged war on the Titans. Cronos and his kin were defeated and imprisoned in Tartarus. Thousands of years later in Greece, an infant Athena is mysteriously reincarnated. The Pope arrives at her bedside with a golden dagger, intent on killing her—but Gold Saint Aiolos of Sagittarius intervenes and saves her. When Aiolos unmasks the Pope and realizes the horrifying truth, he flees in panic. The Sanctuary brands him a traitor, and the Pope orders Capricorn Shura to hunt him down and murder him. Aiolos's younger brother, Leo Aiolia, suffers the consequences. Branded as the traitor's sibling, he endures constant abuse and suspicion from the other Gold Saints and the Sanctuary itself. This only deepens his resentment toward them. Things get worse when the Titans—sworn enemies of Zeus—are mysteriously revived and begin their revenge against the god and his followers. With the Sanctuary under threat and Aiolia caught between his loyalty and his bitterness, the stage is set for an epic clash between the Gold Saints and the resurrected Titans.
