Synopsis

When Naoya Toudou plays a fortune-telling game on a whim, he ends up summoning a girl's desperate voice calling for help. The experience pulls him into a strange liminal space where he meets Philemon, a mysterious entity who grants him the power to manifest a Persona—essentially another self made tangible. He wakes up back at school with no real answers. His friends all remember encountering Philemon too, but they brush it off. When they visit their friend Maki Sonomura in the hospital, things go wrong fast—she vanishes mid-surgery and the patients suddenly turn violent. Backed into a corner, the group discovers they can each summon their own Personas to fight back, which catches everyone off guard. Now they're determined to find Sonomura and figure out what's actually going on.
