Momona is your average junior-high student from Jewel Land. At her cousin's wedding, she's jealous of the bride—Lady Diana—mostly because Diana's marrying the cousin Momona had a crush on. But once she actually sees them together, Momona's feelings shift. She ends up liking Diana and accepting her as part of the family. Before Lady Diana can even properly introduce herself, Momona gets whisked away to a snowy part of Jewel Land where the ruler, Lady Jewel, is announcing the Petit Ladies—girls competing to become the next Lady Jewel. Momona gets paired with Ruby, a white rabbit mentor who'll help her through the trials. The competition works like this: whoever completes the most tasks becomes the next Lady Jewel. But Momona's got competition in Lillian, a girl who wants the title for her own reasons—she's planning to make her brother Cayenne her King if she wins. Problem is, Momona starts catching feelings for Cayenne too, and Lillian definitely doesn't like that. Cayenne seems into Momona as well, which only makes things messier. So the real questions are: who'll actually win and become Lady Jewel? Will Momona and Lillian ever get past their rivalry and become real friends? And are Momona and Cayenne actually going to end up together?
