Synopsis

Kazumi and Kanori hit it off on their first day of high school—mostly because their names sound alike and they sat near each other. After attending a group date at their all-girls school, they both end up in relationships: Kazumi with Ena Yuuya, who she's genuinely into, and Kanori with Kota Nakao, a guy she agreed to date without really feeling anything for him. As time goes on, Kazumi gets more and more into Ena, but Kanori starts having doubts. She's worried about both of them—Ena's a total player, and Kota either doesn't notice or doesn't care. When Kanori tries to warn Kazumi about Ena, Kazumi brushes it off. Meanwhile, Kazumi doesn't hesitate to spread unflattering rumors about Kota to others. Their friendship, which was pretty shallow to begin with, starts cracking under the weight of keeping up appearances about their failing relationships.
