It's 2019 in Shinjuku, and the drug scene is getting nasty. There's a new drug that turns users into actual demons—horns, fangs, the whole deal—and it comes with an appetite for human flesh. When Shizuka's boyfriend Eiji uses it and transforms into a murderous monster before vanishing, she becomes obsessed with finding him. The trail leads through violence, drugs, and the yakuza-controlled sex trade. Shizuka brings in Tsunami, a supernatural detective, to help with the investigation while she goes undercover in the red light district herself. But if her reckless searching actually works and she finds Eiji, she might discover he's developed some very specific tastes that your average sex worker isn't prepared to handle.
