Synopsis

Kakeru manages his high school soccer team, but he's convinced he has no real talent for the sport itself. His brother Suguru is the opposite—he's an actual star player for Japan's national team. They get along fine, but Kakeru can't help feeling jealous of how naturally gifted Suguru is. Suguru, for his part, thinks Kakeru's selling himself short and keeps trying to push him to discover what he's capable of. Then something tragic happens that forces Kakeru out of the manager role and onto the field. On top of that, he reconnects with someone from his past—a childhood crush. Now he's got to confront whatever's been holding him back all these years.
