Synopsis

Manga artist Usamaru Furuya stumbles upon an online diary called No Longer Human, written by a guy named Youzou Ooba. The site is basically a window into Youzou's broken life—he's only 25 but looks weathered, with white hair and a disheveled appearance. He's obsessed with documenting how far he's fallen from being a popular, well-respected high school student. It's a dark spiral of self-loathing, isolation, and sexual frustration that completely hooks Furuya. Fascinated by this mess, he decides to turn Youzou's story into a manga, using his skills as an artist to adapt the man's troubled autobiography.
