Synopsis

Thoma Avenir stumbles across a girl named Lily Strosek trapped inside some kind of magical construct while he's traveling. He rescues her, and in gratitude, she gives him an amulet that unlocks new powers for his Device. Sounds great, right? Well, there's a problem—someone else out there has a similar Device and they're using it to cause serious damage and hurt people. This catches the attention of the Time Space Administration Bureau, who launch an investigation. The whole mess seems to revolve around the Book of the Silver Cross, an ancient magical artifact from Belka.
