Synopsis

Serafina de Lavillant is the most powerful female knight in the West, but after her forces lose a devastating war to the Eastern empire, she's taken prisoner by barbarian invaders. Expecting the worst—torture, revenge, a lifetime of suffering—she's shocked to discover the barbarian king has a different proposal: marriage.
