Synopsis

Kunon was born blind, but he's got a goal: master water magic well enough to create actual eyes for himself. After just five months of training, he's already way ahead of his teacher, and he keeps getting better. His magic isn't just about seeing—he can use it to sense colors, craft useful objects, and even conjure up a whole cat. Pretty impressive stuff. Word of his abilities spreads to the royal court, and before long he lands a spot as a disciple under the most powerful magician in the country. The real question is whether his dream of creating real eyes is actually possible.
