This entity claims to be born from humanity's collective unconscious and has been orchestrating human events since the beginning. Since Griffith now exists within human consciousness itself, the Idea of Evil tells him plainly: "Your desire is my desire. Bring pain or salvation to mankind as you see fit, Chosen One." Griffith then uses his comrades' suffering to reshape himself into his perfect form.
