Synopsis

Nicaea is a creepy website that sends users videos of their own deaths. Three high school students—Io Nitta, Daichi Shijima, and Hiro Kageyama—sign up without thinking much about it. On their way home from a practice entrance exam, all three get messages from the site showing them dying in a subway station. They brush it off as some kind of prank, but then an earthquake hits and a train derailment makes the video come true. Io finds herself in darkness and is asked a single question: does she want to die or live? She chooses life and wakes up in the rubble with Hiro and Daichi, surrounded by strange creatures that want them to "manage" them. Before they can make sense of anything, a mysterious military organization called JP's shows up and takes them into custody. The students soon realize the creatures are actually demons they can summon and control—they've become devil summoners. Turns out Earth is being invaded by entities called Septentriones that are actively trying to wipe out humanity. Now Io, Daichi, and Hiro have to work together to stop the apocalypse before it's too late.
