Synopsis

It's the late 1980s, and the city's rumor mill is spinning about a witch holed up in some creepy old mansion. What nobody knows is that the rumors are actually true—there really is a witch living there. Her name is Alice Kuonji, and she's a serious, no-nonsense magus trying to keep a low profile in the modern world. She's taken on a student: Aoko Aozaki, a high school girl who happens to be the head of the Aozaki family and is learning magecraft under Alice's watchful eye. Together, these two magi quietly handle whatever supernatural threats pop up in their town. Then Soujuurou Shizuki shows up. He's this naive young guy who's basically clueless about how city life works. His arrival starts to shake things up for both Alice and Aoko, throwing a wrench into their carefully controlled world. And that's where things get interesting.
