Otoboku 2 takes place about two years after Mizuho graduates. The story follows Chihaya Mikado, a guy who's been skipping school after dealing with bullying and trust issues around other boys. His mom can't stand seeing him struggle, so she transfers him to Seio Girl's School—where she went back in the day. Chihaya goes undercover as a girl and enrolls under the name Chihaya Kisaraginomiya. He reconnects with Kaoruko Nanahara, a girl who'd helped him out of a bad situation with some player before, and moves into the school dorms. Pretty quickly, he becomes a big deal around campus thanks to his good looks and killer grades.
