Kobayashi Shinpei is an animator and character designer. Started out at Anime International Company (AIC). In mid-2013, he left AIC, and joined the now defunct Production IMS, a studio founded by former AIC producers Yoshiyuki Matsuzaki (AIC Spirits) and Ougi Jiyu (AIC ASTA).
