Hashimoto joined the Creative Production Team at P.I.C.S. in 2005, and now forms part of the P.I.C.S. Management Team. He acts as a video/animation artist who undertakes a full range of tasks, including graphics and illustration, animation, and direction. More recently, he has been working primarily with computer graphics animation, as well as planning and direction for commercials, music videos, out-of-home (OOH) media, and more. He is the primary director at LIL, a visual arts studio that focuses on producing OOH light spectacles, among other animated works.
