C.G mix (real name Hatakeyama Shinji) is one of the main composers at I've Sound, the Japanese music production label. His stage name stands for "Communication Groove mix."

He's best known for composing tracks for visual novels and anime openings, working primarily with I've Sound's roster of singers. Though he's also a vocalist himself, he's particularly prolific in the BL game scene. His sound blends rock influences with electronic production, though most of his output leans firmly into electronica.

C.G mix joined I've Sound in 2001 and quickly established himself as both composer and arranger for the group—a role he's maintained as a core part of their creative output.
