Tsukino Mito is a Virtual YouTuber and one of NIJISANJI's original members, part of the company's first generation alongside Yuki Chihiro, Elu, Higuchi Kaede, Shizuka Rin, Shibuya Hajime, Suzuya Aki, and Moira.

She's best known for playing a sharp, well-spoken 16-year-old high schooler who happens to be her class's student council president—a role that suits her polished, composed personality. Within the first generation, Mito formed a subunit called "JK-gumi" (the high school girl gang) with Shizuka Rin and Higuchi Kaede, which became a natural fit given their overlapping character archetypes.
