Yasuhiro Misawa
Born in Nagano Prefecture in 1976, Misawa is a Japanese composer who's worked across games, anime, TV, and film.
He started classical piano lessons at age 5, then picked up flute through a brass band and drums in a rock band—the kind of varied musical background that clearly shaped his versatility. After finishing at Nihon University's College of Arts, he spent time as a composer at KOEI, handling music for several of their games before leaving in 2006. Since then he's shifted focus to composing for TV, anime, and movies.
