Naruhisa Arakawa
Naruhisa Arakawa is a Japanese screenwriter from Nagoya known for his work in anime and tokusatsu. He broke through as a main writer on the anime Blue Seed and later on Kamen Rider Kuuga, which helped revitalize the Kamen Rider franchise.
