Yasunori Honda is a Japanese sound director best known for his work on anime. Born in Toyama Prefecture, he started out in the economic department at Toyama University before pivoting to the entertainment industry entirely.

After leaving university, Honda worked at Tatsunoko Productions before founding his own company, Arts Pro, in September 1974. He ran it for four decades until dissolving it in 2014 and going freelance. That same year he became an honorary member of the Japan Audio Producers' Association.

These days he freelances primarily with MADHOUSE and Toei Animation on their anime productions.
