Kiyo is a Japanese Let's Player who's been making videos since 2009. He started on Niconico Douga with a single-part Pokémon Platinum playthrough in October 2009, but five days later he posted something that would stick around: the first episode of Ao Oni with his friend Kosuke. That collab became Saishuu Heiki Oretachi (最終兵器俺達, or SaiOre for short—a reference to Saishuu Heiki Kanojo), and when Hira and Fuji joined a month later, it solidified into the four-person group he's still part of today.
His presence shifted to YouTube starting in 2014, though he kept uploading to both sites until finally phasing out Niconico in 2017 and closing that channel entirely in 2018. He still streams there monthly, though.
Beyond SaiOre, Kiyo's involved with Nihon TOP4 (a group with Retort, Ushizawa, and Gatchman) and co-hosts a radio show called Mattaku Mi ni Naranai Radio with Retort—basically "Completely Useless Radio," which fans know as ZenShin Radio.
His real last name, Kiyokawa, slipped out during part 12 of his original Ao Oni series. Everything else—his given name, exact age, and birthday—remains a mystery.
