Daisuke Hashimoto
Hashimoto is best known as the primary director at LIL, a visual arts studio specializing in large-scale outdoor light installations and animated works. He joined P.I.C.S.'s Creative Production Team back in 2005 and has since moved into the P.I.C.S. Management Team, where he oversees video and animation projects across the board—everything from graphics and illustration to full animation and directorial work.
His focus has shifted increasingly toward computer graphics animation in recent years, with much of his energy going into planning and directing commercials, music videos, and out-of-home media campaigns. The combination of technical skill and creative direction defines his approach to visual storytelling across mediums.
