France has been performing since childhood and holds memberships with UdA, ACTRA, and UBCP. She landed her first professional theater contract at 18 and has spent the last decade making a living doing what she loves—acting in both French and English across stage, film, and voice work. She's a University of Ottawa theater graduate who's comfortable working anywhere: in front of a camera, a microphone, or a live audience.

Over the years, she's appeared in numerous independent productions and co-ops around town, hitting the Fringe Festival stages regularly. Her 2008 Fringe show "Get Off the Cross, Mary!" won an X-tra West Hero Award for Best Live Performance, which remains a highlight.

On the screen side, she's done guest spots on shows like Deadzone, Stargate Atlantis, The L Word, and Psych, plus plenty of commercials. She's particularly drawn to independent films and shorts—work that's been picked up at festivals worldwide, including projects through Going West Pictures (Peking Turkey), Code Dependent (Swimming Lessons), and the upcoming short Voicebox.

Her voice work spans commercials for clients like Intrawest, Pizza Freschetta, and Lipton, and she's guest-voiced for animated series including Martha Speaks.

Live announcing credits include serving as the bilingual announcer for the 2007 Canada Winter Games Opening and Closing Ceremonies in Whitehorse. She's also a regular MC for the Canadian Association of Broadcasters Conference in Ottawa and a moderator at the Vancouver International Writers and Readers Festival.
