An American actor best known for voicing Agent J on Men in Black: The Series. He's probably most recognizable to TV fans from his recurring role as Drew Carey's annoying next-door neighbor on The Drew Carey Show, though he also showed up on Charmed as Inspector Reece Davidson—a character who didn't exactly have a great ending. He retired in 2011.
