Real name: Miho Maruo (丸尾 未歩)
Maruo Miho is an anime screenwriter and member of the Writers Guild of Japan. She got her start in 1983 writing episodes for Sazae-san and Doraemon—early on she used her real name but eventually switched to her current pen name.
She's best known for her work on shoujo anime, with notable credits including Mahou Tsukai Sally and Kodocha. Her first gig as series composer came in 1992 on the second season of Shounen Ashibe. Over her career, she's regularly collaborated with other female Guild members like Reiko Yoshida and Mamiko Ikeda.
